Our members are comprised of a diverse group representing a variety of educational and training backgrounds and work in both private and public sectors that include: hospitals - community clinics - long-term facilities - non-profit organizations - day centers - volunteer groups - educational institutions.

Meetings |
- There are approximately six (6) general meetings per year.
- Meeting venues are rotated at various members’ facilities.
- Members and non-members are invited to the Annual Interactive Workshop.
Execuive Council |
AQPL-QAAP is a provincially registered association governed by an elected
Executive Council which comprises of: President - Vice-President - Treasurer -
Executive Secretary - Public Relations Coordinator - Membership Coordinator.
Membership Fees |
- Professional Membership: $40.00 - individuals actively employed, seeking employment or retired in the field of recreation, leisure and other related fields.
- Student Membership: $20.00 - individuals completing courses in the study of recreation, leisure and other related fields. Valid Student I.D. required.
- Members receive an annual membership card and receipt.
